- Early bird members 67.000 ISK – approx. 479 Euro – Deadline extended until March 15th 2023
- Late fee, members: 79.000 ISK – approx. 563 Euro – Valid March 16th 2023
- Early bird, non-member: 77.500 ISK – approx. 553 Euro – Deadline extended until March 15th 2023
- Late fee non-member: 93.000 ISK – approx. 659 Euro – Valid March 16th 2023
- Conference dinner: 13.500 ISK (including transportation from Hilton Reykjavik Nordica the congress venue) – approx 98 Euro

Terms & Conditions - individual bookings
All payments are done via on-line credit card payments. Accepted cards are VISA and Mastercard.
On-line payments are guaranteed through 3D secured site. Make sure your card is 3D secure compatible.
If you are unable to complete registration with card you have the possibility to get an invoice, to get an invoice you need to contact us at eann2023@komum.is. See invoice payment policy in tab below
Neither the organizing committee nor komum conferences can be held responsible for any financial loss resulting from exchange rate fluctuations.
Cancellation policy
Notification of cancellation made before March 15 will be charged a service fee of ISK 10.000.
Cancellation made after March 15, we regret that no refunds of registration fee can be made. Cancellation is not confirmed until you get e-mail confirming the cancellation.
- The service fee for all changes is ISK 4.500
- Cost for name change ISK 5.000
Full payment is requiered up on booking. Accommodation will be refunded if cancellation is made 72 hours before the arrival date (3 working days). Minus administration fee ISK 4.500

Invoice is due 14 days after it has been issued
Billing address cannot be changes after it has been submitted.
All bank transfers must be free of all bank cost.
Additional charge of total ISK 4.500 is added to the invoice ( administration cost).
Accommodation
Accommodation in various price range have been reserved for congress guest.
Special prices will be available for congress guest if booked through komum conferences.
Hotels are booked through the congress registration form
All hotel prices include Breakfast and all taxes
Full payment for the hotel is required upon booking.
We recommend that you book your hotel early as possible as Reykjavik can be quite crowded during the congress date.
Hotel Cabin and Reykjavik lights are fully booked – We have availability at Hilton hotel.
